Delivery

I currently offer delivery via The Royal Mail as follows:-

Tracked 24 (24 hour next working day). Please note Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, however, it can take up to 2 working days.

Signed for First Class (24 hour next working day). Please note Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, however, it can take up to 2 working days. A signature is required on delivery.

Special Delivery Guaranteed 9am-1pm Monday to Friday (24 hour next working day). Saturday delivery is not guaranteed next day. Compensation cover up to £750.

Please allow 5 days from ordering to dispatch and take this into consideration if you would like a box delivered on a particular day, however, in most cases dispatch will be 1-2 days.

Dispatch is from Monday to Friday.

Collection

Whilst I create chocolates from my home, I don't operate a shop. However, you're welcome to visit me and select your chocolates with prior arrangement. Please contact me at: sales@thecottagechocolatier.co.uk.

If you live in the area, collection is also an option. Once you have placed your order online I will contact you to arrange a pick up date and time.

Returns

I’m passionate about creating delicious, high-quality chocolates, and I take extra care in packaging them so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. However, on rare occasions they may not have been handled or stored well and may arrive in less than perfection condition. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I want you to have a wonderful experience with me so if anything isn't quite right, please get in touch with me as soon as you can so I can take care of it.
