Delivery

I currently offer delivery via The Royal Mail as follows:-

Tracked 24 (24 hour next working day). Please note Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, however, it can take up to 2 working days.

Signed for First Class (24 hour next working day). Please note Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, however, it can take up to 2 working days. A signature is required on delivery.

Special Delivery Guaranteed 9am-1pm Monday to Friday (24 hour next working day). Saturday delivery is not guaranteed next day. Compensation cover up to £750.

Please allow 5 days from ordering to dispatch and take this into consideration if you would like a box delivered on a particular day, however, in most cases dispatch will be 1-2 days.

Collection

Whilst I create chocolates from my home, I don't operate a shop. However, you're welcome to visit me and select your chocolates with prior arrangement. Please contact me at: sales@thecottagechocolatier.co.uk.

If you live in the area, collection is also an option. Once you have placed your order online I will contact you to arrange a pick up date and time.
