+ Can I pre-order?
Yes!
In checkout, under Additional Information, please specify the date you would like your order to be dispatched.
Note: This does not apply to Advent Calanders.
+ Do you offer gift notes?
Absolutely! To add a gift note, please leave a note in the cart before you check out and I will hand write it on a card for your recipient.
+ How long will my chocolates last?
I use cream and fruit purees without artificial flavours or preservatives. They are at their best as soon as they are received, but each box will have a best before date on it. However, I'm told that most people eat them well within their best before date of approximately 2 months from the date of postage😊 Very strong-willed people have been known to resist eating them until that date and said they were still delicious.
+ How should I store my chocolates?
To enjoy the full flavour of these chocolates, and because they do not contain artificial preservatives, it is recommended to eat them immediately as their quality and taste will diminish over time. Please keep in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight and preferably somewhere below 20 degrees centigrade.
+ Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
My chocolates are made in a home kitchen, so I cannot guarantee that they will not contain traces of any allergen. Please see the menu page for details.
+ Are your products suitable for vegetarians/vegans?
Most of my products are vegetarian-friendly and are egg-free, unless stated in the description. As many of my products contain dairy, some are not suitable for vegans unless specifically stated in the product description. Please see the menu page for details.
+ Can you make bespoke chocolates for my event?
Yes, I love creating something special for special events so get in touch and I will see what I can do for you. My details are on the contact page.
+ What is your Privacy Policy?
I only take and keep a minimum of information from you but please see my Privacy Policy page for more details.
