Cinnamon Swirl 🌾🥛
This caramel chocolate bonbon is a combination of my love for a cinnamon pastry with my coffee and reminds me of the ‘Caramac’ bars that I loved in the 1970’s. It embodies all those delicious flavours with a cinnamon caramel on top of a toasted brioche brown butter and cinnamon infused dark chocolate ganache.

Cranberry & Rosemary 🥛
An unusual combination you might think, but it works! It’s a paradise of cranberry puree and a healing rosemary infusion flavoured truffle in a dark chocolate shell.

Mince Pie 🌾🥛🧪
Nothing says Christmas better than a mince pie! This bonbon has mixed dried fruit with mixed spice to give you the taste of a mince pie, and it even has its own pastry base, but is all held within a milk chocolate shell.

A before or after dinner caffeine filled cocktail chocolate that will set your heart racing! This Kahlua, coffee and vodka ganache in a dark chocolate bonbon topped with a froth and bean decorated cap will tickle your taste buds and make you swoon!

Lemon Meringue Pie 🌾🥛
My best friend's favourite pudding is lemon meringue pie, so I have developed this chocolate especially to please her! It is a tart and sweet chocolate that encapsulates smooth white chocolate with a marshmallow top, lemon ganache layer and a biscuit base to give you the full effect of the best lemon meringue pie you could eat. Another must have for my after dinner selection!

A sophisticated combination of pear puree with a white chocolate cardamom infused ganache, in a white chocolate shell.

Biscoff Caramel 🌾🥛🫘
My latest creation, inspired by family demands, is this caramel chocolate containing an indulgent cinnamon ganache on a crunchy Lotus Biscoff base. It marries with a morning cup of coffee perfectly and has become my husband’s daily fix.

Triple Dark Raspberry 🌾🥛
So good I made it thrice! Raspberry fruit puree on a dark chocolate raspberry ganache with freeze dried raspberries encased in dark chocolate. It may sound like raspberry overload but if you like raspberries and dark chocolate, just order a whole box of these; they won’t last long!

Yes, it really is millionaire’s shortbread in a chocolate! I have layered my sweet caramel chocolate ganache on a shortbread base and covered it in milk chocolate to produce bite sized bonbons that are just as naughty as an old-fashioned millionaire’s shortbread, but much more refined.

The most popular in my cheesecake range. Lime fruit puree tops a white chocolate cheesecake layer with a biscuit bottom. They are all encased in a white chocolate shell which makes for a perfect meld of flavours and textures.
