Espresso Martini 🥛🍷

A before or after dinner caffeine filled cocktail chocolate that will set your heart racing! This Kahlua, coffee and vodka ganache in a dark chocolate bonbon topped with a froth and bean decorated cap will tickle your taste buds and make you swoon!

+ Ingredients

Espresso Martini: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, cream, glucose, Kahlua (sugar, coffee, rum), vodka, invert sugar, coffee, colour on shell: titanium dioxide (Ti02).

Dark chocolate: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter (min 66%), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract, made in a facility that uses milk.

Milk chocolate: cocoa butter (min 40%), whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa beans, brown sugar, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract, barley malt extract.

Lime Cheesecake 🌾🥛

The most popular in my cheesecake range. Lime fruit puree tops a white chocolate cheesecake layer with a biscuit bottom. They are all encased in a white chocolate shell which makes for a perfect meld of flavours and textures.

Lime cheesecake: white chocolate, butter, cream, glucose, cream cheese (full fat soft cheese, salt, stabilizer (locust bean gum)), citric acid, lime juice, caster sugar, pectin, wholemeal wheatflour, responsibly sourced palm oil, barley malt extract, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, caramel chocolate, salt, colour on shell: spirulina, safflower, rice protein, titanium dioxide (Ti02).

White chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter (min 35%), whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

Caramel chocolate: cocoa butter (min 35%), sugar, whole milk powder, dried skimmed milk, butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

Peppermint Fondant 🌱

Delicious, smooth, vibrant peppermint fondant, encased in bitter dark chocolate.  It’s reminiscent of my dreamy childhood memories of being allowed ‘just one’ Mintola or After Eight, but this is strictly for adults only (because you certainly won’t want to share)!

Peppermint Fondant: dark chocolate, sugar, glucose, natural peppermint oil, natural colour on shell: safflower, spirulina, titanium dioxide (Ti02).

Tiramisu 🌾🥛🍷🥚

This yummy Italian dessert is all built inside a white chocolate bonbon! It has layers of coffee, mascarpone and sponge finger. It’s an offer you can’t refuse!

Tiramisu: white chocolate, milk chocolate, mascarpone cheese, coffee, sugar, glucose, pectin, Disaronno amaretto, butter, wheat flour, sugar, pasteurised free-range egg, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate.

White chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter (min 35%), whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

Lemon Meringue Pie 🌾🥛

My best friend's favourite pudding is lemon meringue pie, so I have developed this chocolate especially to please her! It is a tart and sweet chocolate that encapsulates smooth white chocolate with a marshmallow top, lemon ganache layer and a biscuit base to give you the full effect of the best lemon meringue pie you could eat. Another must have for my after dinner selection!

Lemon Meringue Pie: BEEF GELATINE, white chocolate, caramel chocolate, caster sugar, butter, lemon juice, cream, glucose, invert sugar, cocoa butter, citric acid, wheatflour, salt, colour on shell: rice protein, curcuma extract.

White chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter (min 35%), whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

Caramel chocolate: cocoa butter (min 35%), sugar, whole milk powder, dried skimmed milk, butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

Cherry Bakewell 🌾🥛🥜

Having visited Bakewell recently, I chose this as a great addition to my after dinner selection. Its strong cherry puree and almond ganache flavours burst from the dark chocolate shell and combined with the biscuit bottom, this makes it a complete slice of pie in one bite!

Cherry Bakewell: dark chocolate, white chocolate, caramel chocolate, cream, butter, ground almonds, cocoa butter, glucose, invert sugar, cherry puree, pectin, citric acid, natural almond flavouring, almond paste, wheatflour, salt, colour on shell: rice protein, red beet juice, potassium hydroxide, titanium dioxide (Ti02).
