Espresso Martini
A before or after dinner caffeine filled cocktail chocolate that will set your heart racing! This Kahlua, coffee and vodka ganache in a dark chocolate bonbon topped with a froth and bean decorated cap will tickle your taste buds and make you swoon!

Expresso Martini: dark chocolate, butter, cream, glucose, Kahlua (sugar, coffee, rum), vodka, invert sugar, coffee, colour on shell: calcium carbonate.
Dark chocolate: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter (min 66%), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract, made in a facility that uses milk.
Strawberry Fondant
Soft strawberry fondant wrapped in a luxurious Valrhona crimson coloured milk chocolate.

Salted Caramel
My best seller! Velvety smooth chocolate caramel, infused with ‘fleur de sel de Camargue’ salt then encased in a dark or milk shell and decorated with flecks of gold for extra luxury. A decadent indulgence or extremely popular gift.

Millionaire’s Shortbread
Yes, it really is millionaire’s shortbread in a chocolate! I have layered my sweet caramel chocolate ganache on a shortbread base and covered it in milk chocolate to produce bite sized bonbons that are just as naughty as an old-fashioned millionaire’s shortbread, but much more refined.

So good I made it thrice! Raspberry fruit puree on a dark chocolate raspberry ganache with freeze dried raspberries encased in dark chocolate. It may sound like raspberry overload but if you like raspberries and dark chocolate, just order a whole box of these; they won’t last long!

The most popular in my cheesecake range. Lime fruit puree tops a white chocolate cheesecake layer with a biscuit bottom. They are all encased in a white chocolate shell which makes for a perfect meld of flavours and textures.
