• Having visited Bakewell recently, I chose this as a great addition to my after dinner selection. Its strong cherry puree and almond ganache flavours burst from the dark chocolate shell and combined with the biscuit bottom, this makes it a complete slice of pie in one bite!

• My best friend's favourite pudding is lemon meringue pie, so I have developed this chocolate especially to please her! It is a tart and sweet chocolate that encapsulates smooth white chocolate with a marshmallow top, lemon ganache layer and a biscuit base to give you the full effect of the best lemon meringue pie you could eat. Another must have for my after dinner selection!
